The Next Generation consists of Joe Ladd and Mitchell Hislop. We are cigar enthusiasts from the Twin Cities, MN. We would describe the perfect day as sitting in the shop, watching the game and smoking a great cigar. We are both active in the largest and most prestigious cigar club in MN, and as young businessmen, we feel we really are the next generation of cigar smokers. A lot of people have their idea of the "typical" cigar smoker. That's not us. To us, a cigar can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, and with anyone. We are in this for the cigars, and the bond between cigar smokers.

We met six months ago at a cigar club meeting, and hit it off. Between us is a shared love of cigars and the industry, and a true entrepreneurial spirit. One day, we would love to open our own shop together, but for now we will be satisfied with bringing fine cigars to yours. 

Mitchell Hislop may have only started smoking this year, but he certainly has made up for lost time. In the rare times between smoking cigars, Mitch works for fahrenHEIGHT360 as their Marketing/Social Media Specialist. You can find him at his personal blog.

Joe Ladd started smoking cigars the day he turned 18, with a cigar given to him by the great Bill Harman. Since then, the passion has grown into a want to build and support the industry and smokers with everything he does. Unlike Mitch, Joe can smoke during his day job as a golf professional, and constantly ends up with at least six bands in his wallet.
